Works great at being a numbing / dull the pain relief, but the smell is awful! Extremely mentholated and lasts a long long time and is super strong. It burns the inside of my nose and my throat each time I use it .
This has been the best pain management spray I have ever used. As per the reviews I read it does have a strong initial scent but fades quickly.
I purchased the hot and cold and they both seem to do just that
