Return Eligibility


To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Be approved before being sent back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


To initiate a return, contact us at info@tidl.com. Once approved, you have two return options:

1. Prepaid Return Label. We will provide a return shipping label and deduct $5.00 from your refund to cover shipping costs.

2. Self-Shipment. You may use your own carrier to return the product for a full refund. The return address will be provided upon approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges


To exchange an item, the quickest method is to:

2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its status.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
